Brief History: Elias suffers from amnesia. The farthest he could remember was waking up in a hospital at the age of eight with only the belief (from the doctors) was that his parents are dead, He couldn’t even speak (whether by an emotional trauma or accident is unknown). For a time, he lived most of his life in an orphanage where he was picked on by other kids cause he couldn’t speak. Living each day rock-bottom whether by the harassment or not being picked for a new home and family.
At the age of thirteen, Elias eventually ran away and stumbled across Death City where he made a new life. He lives in a low rent apartment in the back waters of the city making measly pay via mime acts since it was the best he can do.
He met Shizuko on her way to the DWMA one morning and came across Elias being bullied by some teens. She stood up for him and gave him some money out of kindness. Ever since then, he was grateful towards her and developed a liking toward Shizuko.
After meeting the DWMA group, Stein senses a hint of witch aura from his human soul. However Elias is unaware of his lineage.
Elias’ means of communication is by writing out his words with notepad and pen, he doesn’t do sign language; could never learn it.
