Kid Katsuo Haruno

credit for the base goes to *Ximona, i took it from a kid Sakura base. however, i can't help but think Katsuo looks more like a girl rather than a boy. ): he's the son of DeiSaku.

as a kid, he wore baggy shorts & had his hair shoulder length. when he was young he was a bit of a troublemaker & usually picked on his sister for fun. however, his father taught him to be more courteous towards girls & protect them. as Katsuo grew, he became protective & polite mostly to his sisters & Mitsuko. he still picks fights, but he's still learning.
