However I wish I could make little Arela's room more dingy, but insufficient backgrounds. JSYK, if you question the blood on Arela's outfit, it's nothing of a sexual nature! Heavan forbid! Keep reading and it'll be clarified. If you wonder why Arela doesn't have horns and a tail, it's because she didn't get them until puberty. The only abnormal appearance she has are her eyes and ears. Without further ado, here's Arela's childhood story.

Arela is what I call a half breed. She's half succubus and half angel, conceived from a male angel and a female succubus. Whenever a half breed is born, they suffer from side affects most of them undergo in their childhood. It is due to the celestial and the demonic genes not conforming that it causes health complications for half breeds. Most side affects are bodily pain, coughing up blood, weakening immune systems; they become easily sick. Arela was no exception.

Arela was torn from her mom after she was born, never to see her again. Arela spent most of her childhood in a children's hospital ward in the demon world. She suffered from coughing fits that resulted into spitting up blood and bodily pain. Due to her sickly state, she would easily get sick from catching a cold to pneumonia just by being outside. So she became bedridden and forbidden to play outside.

Arela met 3 half breeds isolated with her during her painful years in the ward. She became fast friends and playmates with them even one who comforted Arela and was her motivation to survive, Nessa Lunangela.

But ultimately with half breeds, they die as a result of their side affects. Only 1-2 out of 10 survives if fortunate. However, half breeds don't remain ill for life. When they turn 10 years old, if they survive, they get better and their conflicting genes settle.

Arela was the only one out of 3 half breeds to live through the prolonging pain. Afterwards she cuts her hair to look just like her best friend's.

Arela grew strong from her excruiating experience and never wants to forget those who brought light and joy into her miserable world and tragically had their young lives cut short. Arela resolves to be someone's light and joy.
