EXP - One Piece OC - Naoko

credit for the base goes to ~xRozen-Basesx. i've had an old One Piece OC but it was a fail. so i experimented & made a new one, i hope she's passable. someone suggested that i should make a One Piece oc, so i decided to give it a try.
EDIT: i changed her name casue i later noticed how dangerously close her name was to Nami. take out the 'tsu' & what do u get? Natsumi. slight change is all.

she's my One Piece OC, named Naoko. since i haven't made a background story for her, i decided that she has amnesia. she has no memories of her past other than her parents were killed when she was very young, but who is the mystery. she joins Luffy's crew & has a crush on Sanji, but hates his philandering.
